As President of Nasatka Security, he has been instrumental in guiding the company through its growth into a global leader in advanced security solutions. Scolaro’s leadership is shaped by his diverse background in sales, marketing, and international business, with a sharp focus on driving long-term strategic growth and fostering valuable, sustainable relationships across industries.

Scolaro joined Nasatka Security in 2002 as an independent consultant, eventually rising to the position of President. As Global Director of Sales, he played a key role in expanding the company’s footprint from a regional presence in Washington, D.C., with $4 million in annual sales, to a global reach with sales exceeding $45 million in the post-9/11 era. Under his leadership, Nasatka Security has become a trusted partner for critical infrastructure protection, serving a diverse range of clients from U.S. government agencies and military installations to commercial enterprises and international markets.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Scolaro continues to lead Nasatka Security, overseeing its continued growth, innovation, and global expansion. He frequently commutes to the company’s Washington, D.C. (Maryland) offices, where he drives strategic initiatives. In addition to his role at Nasatka, Scolaro is deeply involved in strengthening U.S.-China relations and serves with several organizations dedicated to promoting business and cultural exchanges between the United States and Asia.
