Every barrier, bollard, gate, and access control system we manufacture is backed by a warranty that reflects our confidence in our craftsmanship and materials.

Coverage

Nasatka warrants that all new products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the period specified in your product’s purchase agreement. Coverage begins on the date of shipment or substantial completion of installation (whichever applies).

After review, Nasatka will determine if the claim falls within warranty coverage. If approved, Nasatka will repair, replace, or provide necessary parts at no cost for the covered item, per the terms of the agreement.

Limitations of Liability

Nasatka’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of covered components. Nasatka is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or damage to other property
